What’s involved in a skin infection consultation?
A skin infection consultation helps identify and manage common conditions such as impetigo, cellulitis, or infected insect bites. During your consultation, a trained Unichem pharmacist will:
Assess the affected area and symptoms.
Ask a few questions about your health history.
Recommend the most suitable treatment, which may include prescription medication if appropriate.
Your pharmacist will also give advice on how to care for the infection, reduce discomfort, and prevent it from spreading.
